Trust & transparency
How we research, write, and fact-check.
Our editorial standards: expert authorship, primary sources, regular updates, and a firewall between editorial and advertising.
Money decisions deserve accurate information. Every article on The Insurance Master follows these standards.
Expert authorship
Articles are written or reviewed by Merald Ayson, CWP®, CEPP™. Author credentials are shown on every article.
Primary sources first
We rely on primary sources: the Insurance Commission (industry statistics and circulars), the Insurance Code of the Philippines (RA 10607), the Bureau of Internal Revenue, BSP, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and official policy contracts. Key sources are cited at the end of each article.
Accuracy & updates
Premiums, regulations, and company rankings change. We review cornerstone guides at least once a year and display the last updated date on every article. Spotted an error? Email hello@insurancemaster.ph and we’ll correct it promptly.
Editorial independence
Advertisers and referral partners have no influence over our content, rankings, or recommendations. Sponsored content, if ever published, will be clearly labeled.
Not personalized advice
Our content is educational. For decisions about your specific situation, speak with a licensed professional.
