We respect your privacy and comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Information you submit: name, mobile number, email, age range, budget, and goals when you request a quote or use our tools.
- Usage data: pages visited and device information via privacy-friendly analytics and advertising partners (cookies).
Calculator and quiz inputs are processed in your browser and are only sent to us if you submit a quote request.
How we use it
- To connect you with one licensed advisor from our partner network relevant to your request (only when you ask to be matched).
- To schedule and deliver paid planning services you book.
- To respond to inquiries and improve our content.
- To show relevant ads (where you have not opted out).
We never sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Licensed financial advisors from partner Philippine insurance providers (for quote requests only), and service providers (hosting, forms, analytics) bound by confidentiality.
Your rights
Under RA 10173 you may access, correct, object to processing, or request deletion of your data. Email hello@insurancemaster.ph.
Where your data is stored
Form submissions are stored in a secure database on our own hosting server, and a notification is emailed to our team. IP addresses are never stored in readable form; we keep only a one-way hash to prevent spam.
Retention & security
We keep lead data only as long as needed to fulfill your request (maximum 2 years) and protect it with industry-standard safeguards.
